How do I pay?
We invoice you directly by bank transfer for active campaigns. Card payments aren't wired yet; we'll email you when they are.
When do my ads go live?
Once approved by our review team (typically within 1 business day), ads go live on your campaign start date.
What image sizes do I need?
1200×628px for banners, 400×400px for cards. We can help if you don't have artwork.
Are ads labeled?
Yes - all ads on CayBook are clearly marked as 'Sponsored' or 'Ad', in line with Cayman DPA guidance.
