How do I pay for my gift card?
A member of the CayBook team will contact you with payment details for your gift card order. Your gift card is activated and emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed. Include your gift card order reference with your payment.
Can it be used more than once?
Yes - it can be used as often as you like while a balance remains.
Can it be used with another payment method?
Yes. If a booking costs more than the gift card balance, the gift card covers what it can and the remaining balance follows the booking's normal payment process.
How do I check the balance?
Use the CayBook gift card balance lookup - enter the gift card code and we'll show the current balance and status.
What happens if a booking is refunded?
If a booking paid with a gift card is refunded, the refunded amount is returned to the same gift card and recorded in its transaction history.
